The corporate governance of the Doshi Group. is organized through the following bodies:

• A Board of Directors.
• Working committees of the Board of Directors established in accordance with the principles of corporate governance. The committees consist of a Strategy Committee, a Financial Committee, a Remuneration Committee and a Selection Committee which advises on Board-level appointments to the Company.
• An Executive Committee consisting of the heads of operating divisions and senior functional managers. The Chairman of the Executive Committee is the CEO.
